Actually, The riverside courthouse. It is incredibly beautiful, built back when public buildings were meant to convey power and authority. Dept 1, which is now master calendar, has a stained glass dome in the center. When the building was originally built, it served as counsel chambers to the city.
I’ve decided to start posting pictures as I travel…because I’m doing it a lot more for my new job; both around California and around the country.
Today I’m in Chicago. I haven’t been here since I was 14. Went to have an “alleged” Chicago Style hot dog at a place my boss found. Yeah. Ah. NO. I’ve had better Chicago dogs grilled up by Abuelas using Sterno and a cookie sheet perched on a grocery cart (actually, they’re really good with bacon and jalapenos).
